Terms of Service

These terms govern use of hosting services supplied by Nor Enterprises (ABN [____]), ("we", "us"). By subscribing you agree to them. We provide managed proxy hosting on a best-efforts basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your own use of the service and for any licensing or regulatory obligations of your business. We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment or breach of these terms or our acceptable use policy.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or in breach of any third party's terms or rights, or in a way that breaches our upstream providers' acceptable use policies. We may remove or suspend services that do.

Refund Policy

Fees are billed in advance. Monthly plans are non-refundable once the period begins. Annual plans may be refunded pro-rata for unused whole months on cancellation, except where terminated for breach.

Privacy

We collect the account and billing information needed to provide the service and process payments (via Stripe). We do not sell personal data. Contact [email] for access or deletion requests.
